Human Factors Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that the company is considering upgrades to the Organizational Safety Effectiveness Survey (OSES). This online survey is currently used to assess safety climate, culture, and safety management systems effectiveness across safety critical industries, including Aerospace, Aviation, Hospitals, and Electric Utility, and nuclear facilities.
Updates to the survey will include new survey items regarding employee well-being, work – personal time balance, and adaptation to changes in national and global business operating conditions. Of course, we are anticipating incorporation of some artificial intelligence to improve user experience during survey administration and to enhance our user interactive dashboard that presents statistical survey results.
