A key strategy of the services provided to HFA clients, is the application of the OSES and HROES® survey instruments. Our surveys are the foundation for diagnostic assessment of a client organization’s status regarding high-reliability performance. Intervention strategies, when warranted by our assessment, are based upon survey findings. HFA, in conjunction with its associates and business partners, can offer a wide variety of services designed to improve performance of an organization and its employees.

SAFETY CLIMATE – CULTURE ASSESSMENT TRAINING WORKSHOP

Prepares Attendees to independently administer an internal paper survey and interpret results
